1. On all pages - Make the very bottom info and nav tab text just a smidge bigger.... it's a tad hard to read, so bump the font size up 1 or 2 sizes. Removed it but broke things. Will try to figure out a better way to take it out. 2. On all pages - Take the search magnifying glass off of the heading nav bar Done 3. Demo Page - I kind of like the idea of this instead of the services page! Great suggestion! Once you show me how to edit the text, I can set up the wording for this..... I think the services page is too wordy and long, so this demo page is a better option (but we'll still call it "services"). So you can put this in the place of services and get rid of the other page. Done. 4. Gallery - What is the "I" button for? Is that so I can give information about each event (venue, caterer, etc?) Can we instead have a section that this information can be listed for each event? Like over to the left side of the pictures...just bump the photos over to the right to make room a bit....that shows the information for the picture if you want it. so title and description. I can remove it if you want (it's per photo, not per event). let talk in person about what you want, should be easy (you can add event descriptions above or below the gallery for each event) 5. Gallery - down menu from main tab in Nav Bar - not sure if we need this? It seems like both tabs bring you to the main gallery page? Would it be simpler to ditch the drop down, and then just select straight from the main gallery page which album you want to look at? I can kill it but will wait until we meet. It LOOKS like the same page because I put the same gallery on each page, but if you look at the url you will see it changes. 6. Gallery - The heading of "Weddings" and "Events" is in a different font than the other headings on other pages (this one is sans serif, the others are serif.) Can we pls make it the same as all of the other pages? Should be all set. Made everything Georgia. 7. On all of the pages except the home page, when you look at the glow logo at the top left, there is a strange line that is in front of the loop of the "g" in Glow. Can we get rid or that? I KNOW! So annoying. I tried a bunch of things - its annoying but I'd rather focus on other things and then come back to this at the end. 8. Contact Page - There is a lot of blank space to the right. Maybe to fill this we can either A. Make the contact form 2 columns instead of 1 long column, or B. Move the "Like" FB thing from the Demo Page over the this page..... I'm thinking Option A and then putting the FB Like thing below? Contact form is hard to get to show up in two columns. Easy to add a sidebar - can be the same one as another page or a custom one just for this page. Popped same one as services there for now. Colors - they look good to me! Just curious if the light grey tone on the homepage box below the nav tab, is the same shading as all of the other pages? The home page one looks a little darker? I like the look of it.....just couldn't tell if they were the same or if the other pages are lighter in reality? Just curious... |
